The Arbor Group and the Precious Woods Group have established a partnership in the sector of veneer production in Gabon. This partnership will lead to the melting of the existing veneer producing companies in Libreville. This joint-venture has been enforced in July 2020.
Precious Woods manages 1 500 000 acres of tropical forest in Gabon on an eco-responsible approach. The company guarantees the supply of the Gabonese industry in FSC-PEFC-certified Okoume.
The Arbor Group, with its strong know-how in the technical plywood manufacture, implements a major investment plan to modernize the industrial tools.
Eventually, the production units would reach a yearly volume of 45 000 m3 of FSC-certified veneers to assert its major role in the sector of wood transformation in Gabon.
